Katz del Kun ar Zion

A middle-to-high ranking officer within the Baishan military. Notably working onboard/commanding airships for the Baishan Air Force. Katz has been one of the few contacts the crew has made with members from Baishan that seem to be amenable to conventional military plans while also valuing sentient civilian life. As such, he would be considered the closest thing the party has to an ally within the current Baishan political structure.
He has worked with the party on three missions/quests so far: the capture of the Koryo Dreadnaught, the Liberation of Lu Jing via distracting enemy forces, and currently the assault on Grey Guard.
