Captain Geraki
Geraki is a pirate capatin operating in the southern part of the Nisián archipelago and a memeber of the Raptors Nest pirates. He has gained a reputation because of his ruthlessness. He is also a member of the seven talons (a councill of pirate lords that rule the Island. Geraki has Taken controll over the other council members however and now rules the island with almost absolute athority. One reason for he metoric rise to power is in some part thanks to his new partner and Wife Pasifica, a powerful sea hag that has discuised herself as a beautiful woman. She has Geraki under a spell and helps him with his raids, in return he brings her captives that she can feast on.
Geraki has recently captured a young Dragonturtle that his wife has put a spell on, allowing him to controll it.
He was originally brought to the raptors nest as a slave but worked his way up in ship ranks and eventually killed his master.
