Tabaxi

"Khajiit have wares if you have coin."
We're all familiar with the archetype of the anthropomorphic cat man: sneaky, light on their feat, afraid of water, etc. The tabaxi of Archaios fit this motif, though the stereotype isn't as prolific simply because the tabaxi aren't either. 
Most of Archaios' denizens will go their entire life without even hearing of a tabaxi, let alone see one. A tabaxi in a crowded city will always turn heads simply because of the novelty of their appearance. This is because tabaxi tend to gather together in clans that reside in the deep wilderness of the world. They tend to thrive in more tropical environments and are more common in the jungles of the southern Sylvanlands and the deserts of southeastern Kentro, but can be found in more temperate or even frigid climates.
Their origins are often debated, though most of the scholarly minded of Archaios agree that they were not the product of natural evolution. There are no records of tabaxi existing before the dawn of The Antecean Empire, and coupled with the reputation of Antecean wizard's proclivity for dabbling with "awakening" magic, one can draw their own conclusions.
