Carnabrex Coterie

The Carnabrex Coterie is a gathering of humanoids that seek to empower themselves through science, artifice, and mutations. They operate from central Subterranea, and consist mostly of underground races like duergar, drow, and svirfneblin. The coterie's hierarchy is determined by combat prowess, so it is common for members to fight each other for control and dominance. Members grow stronger by grafting parts from other living beings, replacing their limbs with prosthetics, transmuting themselves with orange primal crystals, and ingesting mutagens to alter their body.
The Coterie operates from two facilities: the Fariel Evolvery in the northwest corner of Fariel Columns, and the Primary Evolvery in the cavern south of Lake Kalligan. The former is led by Arachnavox, and the latter is led by Vhonraema Vimmrath. The Coterie uses a path through the Labyrinth to travel between locations.
During 2023-12-13 The Fariel Columns Lurkers, a group of adventurers infiltrated the Fariel Evolvery and killed Arachnavox.
During 2024-01-20 Labyrinthine Path to the Primary Evolvery, a group of adventurers entered the Primary Evolvery and killed Vhonraema.
