Falbin Wernethob

Falbin Wernethob is a human officer of the Order of the Emerald Feather. He has been active in Salmund recently, and has been seen killing goblins and scaring Salmund villagers into paying protection fees. Even among the sinister Order, he is known for his arrogant smile, condescending attitude, and inflated pride.
