Summary

Karock provided schematics of the abandoned Fort Mydro, which the Order of the Emerald Feather had repurposed as a hideout for the Chief of Arms.

Dara provided some info about the internal state of the fort, including key locations like the Chief's room and the escape tunnel.

The party purchased wooden wedges from Melevar to jam doors with.

They traveled to Fort Mydro in Kazzin Forest.

That night, the party piled into a bag of holding and used Balasar's silver raven to sneak in through one of the arrow slits with the bag. Once inside, they jumped out of the bag and assassinated the sentry, along with 2 other patrolling Emerald Feather agents on the second floor. While sneaking towards the war room where they would find the Chief, they were detected by officers Falbin and Cliff, who shouted an alert and drew their weapons.

The Chief of Arms appeared: a strong, armored elf who derided the intruders as haters of the Bazen homeland.

As the Chief attacked, the entire floor collapsed, dropping most characters to the bottom floor in different rooms!

Balasar killed Falbin while the others froze and killed the Chief and Cliff. After a long and difficult fight, the party intimidated the remaining members, leaving them to scatter.

The party recovered scrolls and correspondence from the Chief of Feathers, who mentioned being in the "southwest corner of the aforementioned region." The party also found a list of nearby monster threats.

Upon returning, Sheriff Karock awarded each member of the party a house in Salmund, as well as gold. @quasar provided a cloak of displacement created from pelts collected earlier.
