Grathaliar

Grathaliar was a female ancient white dragon. She was slain by a swarm of undead in the Haunted Realm while attempting to control them. When her soul was imprisoned in the Haunted Realm, her ghostly form took residence atop Howlpeak. Unable to find peace in death, she gradually transformed into a deadly banshee dragon. She would wail from the lonely peak from time to time, her echoing cries filling the valley with misery and granting Howlpeak its name.

Grathaliar's ghostly form was encountered by adventurers during 2023-10-14 Rest in Peace. They freed her specter when they disabled the Haunted Realm for good.
