Orb of Knowledge/Madness

The Orb of Madness was one of the Orbs of Power. It was a powerful divinatory artifact created by the ancient stoutfolk.

According to a journal found in the Ancient Howlpeak Laboratory, the Orb of Knowledge inflicted severe madness on whoever touched it, resulting in its renaming to the "Orb of Madness" and relocation to somewhere else where it could be contained safely.
