Ancient Howlpeak Laboratory

An old staircase zigzags its way up Howlpeak, starting on the east side. Right at its base is the edifice of a large ancient laboratory bored into the mountain.
During 2023-04-29 The Ancient Laboratory, a group of adventurers explored the laboratory, which was built by the ancient stoutfolk. The main archive of the laboratory had been destroyed, but the party discovered scattered old notebooks about a series of projects called the Orbs of Power. None of the orbs were present in the laboratory; according to the journals there, each had been moved somewhere else.
