The Sun

The Sun and Moon rise and fall from East to West, one occupying the sky at a time. The hot yellow sun shines in the daytime sky, a bright ball of fire that illuminates the world and warms the land. Garuda leads it through its path across the sky.

The Sun is the Orb of Radiance created by the ancient stoutfolk to illuminate the formerly dark world. It is launched from the Dawn Cannon on Dawn Island each morning.
