Church of Eztia
The Church of Eztia is a faith primarily worshipped on the Wythian Island. The Tieflings and Fallen Aasimar of Bealwyth typically worship the god Khivnir, while the Aasimar of Halwyth typically worship the goddess Viona. The god Eztia is worshipped by both for his importance but is believed to have been killed, and thus holds less power.
According to the faith, the god Eztia created Wythian Island and allowed the Tieflings and Aasimar to settle there. He gave the island prosperity but had a good and bad side. The volcano, Mt. Pelent, provided the island with rich and fertile soil. However, it also caused destruction when major eruptions occurred. Eventually, Eztia had two children. The first, Khivnir, was extremely ambitious and powerful. The second, Viona, was extremely kind and virtuous. They lived happily as a family for a while, until one day Khivnir realized that there was only one person in his way of becoming more powerful. He slew his father and threw his body into the ocean, causing a humongous tsunami that killed many people. Viona was very distraught at this, but rather than seeking revenge right away, helped those that had been affected those by the tsunami.

Structure
There are two separate Eztian churches. The one located in Bealwyth focuses on the worship of Khivnir, while the one in Halwyth focuses on the worship of Viona. They both have significant power and influence on the governments of both nations. Religious leaders have direct control over certain actions of the government.
History
The church was first founded in the year of 8456. It was founded in the city of Guadaros, which became the religious center for the faith. The Tieflings, Fallen Aasimar, and Aasimar lived in unity despite their differences. Eventually, however, the Aasimar were banished off the southern portion of the island for their worship of Viona. That causes a split in the church and a feud between the races.
