Housing of Myther
Summary
According to Lycism, on this day Lycomir housed the injured Myther. Not much is known of Myther. He came from a distant land and got stranded upon the beaches of Askar. He was strange, as he had no fur and was described to have pink skin. Modern Wylfling scholars often suspect that he was a human. Though a god of a different faith, Lycomir provided him shelter because he respected his strength. Though the two became friends, they parted and never saw each other again.
Some other theologians believe that Myther may have been another name for the god Valathar, but it is unconfirmed whether this is true.
Cultural Reception
Followers of Lycism celebrate this holiday by visiting family, friends, and neighbors. Often they share food and gift amongst each other, and generally have a good time.
