Dekatoria
The Dekatoria is a massive magical academy, bardic college, and divine site all wrapped up into one. It is home to the Beacon, a massive tower, hundreds of feet tall, plated with arcane runes that shine with knowledge of the history of Straatos. At night, the tower glows like a beacon to all of those in the city.
