Malystryx
A young blue dragon and local crime boss of the The Iron Eye , Malystryx has taken up residence in the Redstone Plateau , fighting the influence of the Gilded Grin here in return from payment from the cartel in Kaifang. Malystryx is a high ranking officer within the empire.
The Blue Dragon is trying to accumulate wealth to build out his own layer, and use the Redstone Plateau as a means of arcane weapons to secure his power. He is also trying to muscle his way into power on Lys, and believes he is a rightful heir to a position in the Triarchy, as his relative was overthrown from the position a century before.
