Manan
A renowned center of Lybaran culture, art, and Government, Manan is a shining jewel just outside of the blasted wastelands of The Fallen Empire of Khermi. The city is home to the most powerful political entity within the Lybara Concord, the Zahabru Clan. Along with this, the main government of the Lybara Concord conducts its will out of Manan. Manan has also blossomed into the trade center of the Concord, and thus has welcomed a great influx of outsiders in recent years.
The city is organized into the three main districts, the Crown Ward, the Waterways, and the Flats. The Crown Ward lies in the center of the of Manan, and is the smallest of the three districts, home to the government and the noble class within Manan.
