Port Squalseat
While not as glamourous as Port Sartossa , Port Squalseat also maintains the tradition of stacking repurposed hulls atop one in another to build many parts of the city. However, where Sartossa is built high above the water level, Squalseat sits low, and weaves along the natural waterways and wetlands that surround the sprawling city. It is also a much larger city, spreading out onto land as well, and maintains a population of farmers in the outskirts. Because of this population, it has become the hub of the lands of Torlo, and the seat of the current government.
