Trella Stiler
The high priestest of the Cerulean Oracles and most willing to help the institutions of Straatos, Trella was raised to be a steward in one of the manses within the jeweled city of the region, until her calling towards Ioun, The All-Knowing was made, and she quickly left for the tower of eyes.
She is flexible and more friendly towards her own kind, and has a strong zealotry towards her beliefs.
