Trickster's Tunnel
The Trickster's Tunnel was named because of the gnomish mage from the Age of Arcanum who prevented an attack from the underdark. He cast multiple powerful enchantments on the tunnels, leading the attacking armies of goblinoids in circles in the mountains, eventually going completely mad. With time, some of the enchantments have worn off, but the Tunnel to Anklegnaw is still treacherous to those who do not know what they are doing.
This has created a bustling economy for tour guides at the entrance of the tunnel, offering to lend their magical services to those who can pay the toll to get into the City of Gnomes.
