Wako Sanctuary
Wako Sanctuary is an outpost maintained by the Illuminated Assembly, primarily to study the ebbs and flows of dark magic and influences within the Wastelands. In recent years the Assembly has allowed members of other magical organizations to take reference here, for a price.
