Ziflin
Ziflin stands as a unification of the Elven culture from Dol Metulu and the Dwarven Culture of Khar Darom. Long ago, Ziflin served as an elven embassy within the boundaries of Khar Darom's kingdom, but now it has grown into a robust and beautiful town, that now serves as a home to the formal royalty of both the elven and dwarven kingdoms. While technically a principality under the Darom Guild Clans, Ziflin remains to hold onto a semblance of their power, thanks to the shaky agreements made during the revolutions, and the influx of power that came with the coming of the Elven noble warrior houses that threatened to break the peace, should the Clans infringe on their traditions.
So Ziflin remains mostly independent, but still works cordially with the clans deeper within the mountains. The traditions of old still hold strong here, with festivals and celebrations regularly held in the names of the gods, while nobility mixes and intermingles each season trying to grasp at what little power they have left over the town. The rest of the towns population either consists of the rural farming folk, who are mostly left to their own devices, or the various peasants within the service industry, picking up the pieces of the nobilities frivolity.
