Home of the Gridhozd highlanders, Ssugiyliaal is an annex under the protection of the Glorylands of Tsirakan. They are renowned for their animal husbandry, though they have lately established themselves as accomplished miners, exporting ores and gemstones to Glorylands to the north.
Though often mistaken for the Rohai to the west, Ssugiyliaal is somewhat more urban, holding three major settlements where they refine ores and study their faiths. While these settlements still feature High Elders in positions of symbolic power, each is in fact ruled over by a Rakaran (lesser, or assistant, Raka) from the Glorylands.
