The Capelands (Ethel)

The easternmost region of Ethel, the Capelands are those east of the Old Shepherd's Way, around the Cape of Harcus. Wither Canta is the only major settlement considered part of this region, as well as the famous Borderguard Tavern and the infamous Breachfort on the Cape itself.
