Drow

The Drow. Dwellers of the Underdark, they live in literal shadows. During the days of the War of Seven Crowns, a group of the Elves took to the Underdark as their new home. They would use Eleven High Magic to transform themselves to be better suited to their new home. They then took to establishing an empire of their own making. As time progressed, they made great cities and great armies and soon waged war against their former kin. After the events of the Seven Crown Wars, they would build a new civilization from scratch. They would have a strong military to protect it, and expand their rule. Learning from the emotional turmoil of the Seven Crown Wars, they decided to prize reason above all save for the the gods. To this end, they continue until this very day.
