Ice Elves
The Ice Elves, one of two native peoples of the Frozen Kingdoms. Of all the Elves, they are the most hardiest and eager for battle. Even among the other races, they are surprisingly violent but they act with cold and calculating precision. You see, to them, to fall in battle is a most glorious death yet they are not so foolish as to seek out their doom. Instead, they wish to test their mettle and live long lives filled with tales of many victories and felled foes.
The Ice Elves gain the following:
Ability Score Increase: Your Constitution Score increases by 1 and your Dexterity Score increases by 1.
Age: Ice Elves live to be 900 years old though there are some cases of a few living over 1,000 years old.
Size: Ice Elves range from 7 to 8 feet tall with lean muscular builds. Your size is Medium.
Speed: Your Base Walking Speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision: Accustomed to living in darkness for half the year while in constant daylight for the other half. You have Darkvision out to 60 feet.
Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the Perception Skill.
Fey Ancestry: You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed and no magic can put you to sleep.
Trance: You do not need to sleep. Meditating for 4 hours a day is considered a Long Rest to the Ice Elves.
Languages: You can speak, read and write Common and Elvish.
Elf Weapon Training: You are Proficient with the Longsword, Shortsword, Short Bow, Longbow, Spears and Shields.
Born of the Ice: You have Resistance to Cold damage and you suffer no negative effects for being exposed to frigid environments for prolonged periods of time. In addition, snow and ice is not considered difficult terrain for you.
Frost Magic: You know the Frostbite Cantrip and can cast Ice Knife once a day without expending a Spell Slot. You must take a Long Rest before casting the spell using this ability again. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability modifier for both of these spells.

Naming Traditions
Ice Elves have first names that are Celtic but have no family/last names. Instead they will have Clan Names. They will have additional names based off of significant life events. For example: Owyn of the Frost Wolves Clan was a child of 40 winters, when he was nearly killed by a wild Frost Wolf he was attempting to capture and raise. Since then, he has been called Owyn Wolf-Kissed of the Frost Wolves Clan.
