Hand of the Kings
The Hand of the Kings acts as the assistant to the Kings. The Hand aids in day to day operations of the kingdom and during the absence of either or both Kings, has the authority to act in their stead. In the event both Kings are slain, the Queens shall assume the throne until their children are of 30 years of age. If both Royal Families are slain, The Hand shall assume the throne until the People elect a new Royal family from among the Noble Houses, which must take place in no more than 3 days or the kingdom falls into ruin.
Qualifications
The Hand must be a member of one of the Noble Houses of the realm.
Appointment
The Hand is chosen by the Two Kings from among the Noble Houses.
Duties
Assist the Two Kings in any and all matters of the realm.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
As decreed by the Two Kings and the Voice of Commons.
