We of Sondamia, from the offices of Nimat'opek under King PLACEHOLDER hereby proclaim the foundation of the State of Sondamia under the Imperial guidance of Emperor Zendaruxos. The boundaries of which shall be drawn to comprise the entirety of the Sondam forest.
May we of Sondamia maintain civil autonomy as an Imperial protectorate in exchange for full military access to the Havlic Empire.
