Tributary of Sondamia
Sondamia (Old Havlic: Sundámio; Sondamian: Sǫdáám Iʻpócáyek) was a province of the Havlic Empire located to the east of Paŋia . It is the homeland of the Sondamians .
Sondamia used to be an independent country known as [place holder] by the natives. In 170B, Emperor Zɛndaruxos signed a treaty with King [placeholder] of Nimat'opek allowing him to pass troops through Sondamia to get to Tsedria. Sondamia was later made a protectorate of the Empire. Whether King [placeholder] was forced into signing the treaty or whether he truly wanted to ally with the Empire is unknown to historians but nowadays the Sondamians and have a good relationship with the Empire.
Structure
Being a protectorate province of the Empire, the government is organized like other Imperial provinces with a regional governor appointed by the Consulate. The regional government is given some limited autonomy such as maintaining their own culture and appointing their own ministers so long as a certain amount of production and manpower is given up to the Empire.
