Uskivakis

Uskivakis (Old Havlic: Uskivàkis; Vossonen: Uscevace) was a Rumatan linguist and explorer famous for writing a book series about his journey across Arkodia. The most noteworthy of which being "On the East", a series of journals on the cultures of eastern Arkodia.
He was commissioned by Emperor Ixosonipsa to study the nations of Arkodia in order to aid the Empire's occupation efforts.
The name "Uskivakis" is a pseudonym, his birth name was Petrakos Chalakiorrara.
