Military action

The disparate Havlian kingdoms and city-states were united under the Havlic Empire.

The Havlian people lived in many disparate kingdoms and city-states. Ngavlitsias, King of Tsilaio, had a grand ideal of a unified Havlian state. He amassed a great army and went from state to state with an ultimatum: join me or die. The kingdoms and city-states were too disorganized to do anything to stop the exponentially expanding forces. Fifty years later, the Havlians were united and the Havlic Empire was founded.
