Population Migration / Travel
The Havlean Split, also known as the Tsedric Exodus, was a mass migration event in which thousands of Havleans fled the Havlic Peninsula after King Pilɔinen encroached on their land. These would eventually become what we now know as Erlasins and Tsedrins.
The people of Paa'iya, a tributary state of Tsilaio, did not recognise the sovereignty of King Pilɔinen due to suspicious circumstances regarding his elder brother Tɛutɛnis' death. Tɛutɛnis was an ally of the Paa'ins and personally close with Queen Ḥawʈ̂iqa. When he died Ḥawʈ̂iqa suspected Pilɔinen of assassinating him in order to claim the throne for himself, Pilɔinen tried to strengthen his control over neighboring regions thus limiting Paa'iya's autonomy. In response to this Ḥawʈ̂iqa declared him a usurper and his claim to the throne illegitimate; she gathered her people and led them to new lands which would eventually become Tsedria. This "desertion" became the namesake of her and her followers the "deserters", the "forsaken", the "Tseidzrénoni".
