Ciccis al-Hamidi
Ciccis al-Hamidi, with his sharp tongue and sharper wits, navigates the sun-baked streets of Sharqawi with ease. His role as Sharqawi's Master of Palms allows him to ply his craft throughout the city. Over years of service, Ciccis has cultivated a web of contacts that grant him access to the city’s secrets, as well as the pockets of the unwary. Despite his disdain for the ruling class, he finds himself entangled with House Sofu, providing them with information that keeps him one step ahead of the law. He does not feel trapped by his arrangement with House Sofu, however. Instead, he revels in the ability to walk confidently among thieves and nobles alike.
Ciccis relishes his position in Sharqawi. He trades information as proficiently as a fishmonger trades each day's catch. He has the uncanny ability to sus out secrets and rumors (both true and false), using them as currency in the political and social arenas of Sharqawi. Occasionally he uses his information to strike at high value targets, although he never implicates himself.
