Ru'Waelith College of the Arcane
Ru'Waelith is known all across Tibur for cultivating some of the best minds in the fields of Transmutation and Arcanasmithing.
The College was established before any other permanent settlements reached the island of Tir O'talos in order to evade the ever-watching, at the time more prominent, Grand Mage Guilds.
