Languages of Argeth

The languages of Argeth are as varied as the cultures that speak them. According to legend, the original language was inherited from the the Founding Dragons as they spoke to the first Peoples. This language is known as Darastric, and is considered the root of all civilized languages.     Aside from Darastric and its descendants, there are a few other language families that formed as the Peoples spread across the world:   Primordial is a language understood by the Guardian Dragons, but its origins are lost to time.   Taranic has its roots among the Elves that began to wander Argeth before the first civilizations on Tibur had a chance to form.   Undercommon is the language of the depths and is spoken almost exclusively by the strange creatures of the Underdark.   Skovenic, a mysterious language spoken by the magical creatures of the Feywilds.   Opossic
