The founding of Jugasa: City of Desires

Jugasa was founded by a group of adventurers and wealthy merchants who outcasts and misfits who sought refuge from the prying eyes of society. They were made up of all sorts of races and backgrounds, including humans, elves, half-elves, tieflings, kitsunes, hobgoblins, orcs and kobolds, all seeking to indulge in their deepest desires without judgment or persecution. They stumbled upon a natural hot spring in the midst of the swamps while on a journey. The group consisted of individuals from various races, but they all shared a common love for indulgence and pleasure. They were immediately captivated by the healing powers of the hot spring and the natural beauty of the surrounding area.   The group decided to settle there and build a community that celebrated pleasure and indulgence. They used the natural resources of the area to build the city, including the hot spring which became the centerpiece of the city's debaucherous activities. They also took advantage of the nearby swamps for resources like peat, which they used to fuel their hot spring and to create alcohol.   As Jugasa grew, it became known as a city of debauchery, where anything and everything was possible. People came from all corners of the world to indulge in their deepest desires, from gambling and drinking to more illicit activities. The city quickly became a den of sin and vice, where the rule of law was a mere suggestion.   As word of the hot spring and the city's indulgent lifestyle spread, more and more people from all walks of life flocked to Jugasa, making it a bustling metropolis of debauchery. The city's founding adventurers welcomed everyone with open arms, as long as they were willing to embrace the city's culture of pleasure-seeking.   This city was seen as an affront to Selenta. An whole city dedicated to sin, with Selenta being its polar opposite. This would lead to numerous conflicts between the two city, until a treaty of non-aggression was signed at Salmyr: Beacon of Unity later on.
