Evenfall Foundry
We have sworn a solemn duty, to thank our friend Mythra Crescentia To honour the many who have sacrificed everything so that we may be free We shall keep the secret buried; we shall guard it from any who may pry The sins of the past will be known to the few, under our watchful eyeNestled deep within The Pale Caverns of the Brink Mountains, Evenfall Foundry was the ancestral home of the Brink fire giants, a tribe of ashen skinned master craftsmen and smiths. During the reign of the Black Empire over much of Crescentia, these massive giants were captured and broken by the dark servants of the empire in order to fulfill their master’s many horrid schemes. The great forges were endlessly heated, foul mages imbued the ore with void energies, and engineers shaped the slag according to otherworldly schematics. Soon, Evenfall Foundry became one of the centres of the Black Empire’s military might, churning out the weaponry that would be used to raze Arkos. They even constructed the Dreadspire per the Dark Lord's specifications. Fortunately for the Fire Giants, they were liberated from their enslavement during the early days of the Eclipse War, by Mythra Crescentia and Telmin Brightforge. Striking a mighty first blow against the Black Empire, Mythra swore to protect the Giant tribe and keep their dwelling a secret, so no one else would try and take advantage of their craft. In return for their freedom and Mythra’s secrecy, the Fire Giants aided Mythra and her Order by crafting them incredible weapons and tools to use in their fight against the Screaming Tyrant. After Torrin Firragon's death and Nex's initial banishment at the end of the Eclipse War, the now Empress Mythra entrusted the giant tribe with a sacred duty; a secret that they would keep buried in the foundry for centuries to come.
