Nestled in North-Western Velant in the Heart of the Kingdom's Riverlands, the village of Homestead is often referred to locally as the heart of the Kingdom of Velant. Known for the tremendous hospitality and kindness of its citizens, Homestead is a small yet vibrant farming community that serves as a hub for many of the country dwellers in the riverlands area.
A stunning sight of the village besides the beautiful country side it resides in is the Dragon Turtle skull that looks down from the village square. Mounted by an orcish hunter fleeing from Oreion Inquisition the village once took in, the skull has watched the mundane yet admirable lives of the Homesteaders for years.
Other notable sites in and around Homestead include the ruin filled basin of The Deepcroft, as well as the large farm estate known as AutumnFall on the village outskirts.
