"I must be honest. You've put up a comendable resistance. For a race as primitive as yours. But my people are not the regal scholars you think we are. We are The Alphacians true successors; we are glorious conquerors!"
After
The Cataclysm, many displaced but surviving
Elves found themselves scavenging and struggling to survive on the continent of
Revros, particularly in the sprawling Lustrum Wilds. Seeing an opportunity to realize his long held ambitions, a high elf by the name of Andrias united those of his race, rallying them to his promises of a new, glorious elven civilization with power to rival that of
The Alphacians.
Using surviving technology scavenged from
Alphacian facilities, Andrias constructed Lorkas, a mighty flying city fortress that would serve as his seat of power during his seizure of control over
Revros.
While many remained loyal to Andrias and his vision of conquest, there were some elves of Lorkas that looked on in horror as Andrias forcefully imposed his rule on those below, using the firepower of Lorkas to reduce
Coruscare to the no man's land it is presently. The breaking point for these insurgents occured when the wood elves of the Lustrum Wilds refused to bend the knee, prompting Andrias to rain fire down upon the vast forest. Betrayed by those he counted as his loyal subjects and allies, Andrias' reign was ended when Lorkas crashed to the surface of Arkos, resting at the edge of Lake Sharlyan.
Andrias himself perished in the crash, his legacy being one of unfulfilled ambition and subjugation.
