Overview

The Collens of Kerrosano are the branch of the Collens based in the Duchy of Kerrosano, representing the interests of the order in that nation. They also have some members who are based in the neighboring nation of Gershon, who represent their interests while honoring an covenant made with the Zethamites. The Kerrosano branch wields a great deal of influence, having been granted land by the previous Grand Duke in the past. They are notable for having a lot of their membership being adherent to the faith of Adonailym, reflected in their attire and the main building they use as their headquarters. While the wider Collens order does not promote one faith over the other, The Kerro branch has become quite notable for its wider adoption

Structure

The Kerro branch are organized in the style of the Collens with no real emphasis on formal structure, leaving the group to have high flexibility to organize as needed. New positions can be added into the group to accommodate whatever challenges or tasks that need to be met. There are two main ranks and three unique ranks that are currently fully recognized are:

• Master (main rank): The Master of the Kerro branch is responsible for overseeing the overall agenda of the order, and representing their interests before the leadership of Kerrosano.
• Captain (main rank): Captains are the field operatives who lead teams to carry out missions for the branches.
• High Cleric (unique): who is responsible for holding worship services for the faith-inclined members of the Collens, and working alongside the High Sage
• High Sage (unique): The High Sage is responsible for overseeing the preternatural research for the Kerros, developing ways of dealing with the more otherworldy threats that the group may encounter.
• Grandmaster of Martial Arms (unique): The Grandmaster of Martial Arms is responsible for overseeing the combat training of all Collens, ensuring that they are combat-ready constantly. The Grandmaster also ensures that any equipment used is fit and in great condition.
• Grand Artificer (unique): the Grand Artificer is responsible for ensuring that all equipment used by the Kerro branch is properly maintained, that the various defenses for the headquarters are also in proper condition. The Grand Artificer can also ensure that the personal equipment of members are in proper condition upon request.

Public Agenda

The agenda of the Kerro branch is fulfilling the Oath of the Collens for the people of Kerrosano, especially those who are downtrodden in life. The Kerro branch are known for caring for those less unfortunate, those who are orphaned/widowed, and those who have been abandoned. They will also intervene in the affairs of the leadership of Kerrosano, doing whatever they are able to ensure that they do not abuse their position at the expense of the people.

Religion

The the Kerro branch does not publicly endorse one faith over another, much of their membership tend to be adherents to the faith of Adonailym. Because of this, the faith has a massive influence on the day-to-day activities of the group. Most members will pray before setting out on the field, visit the local temple for worship services, and adore their attire in the symbols of the faith. Not all members of the Kerro branch adhere to the faith, but they do greatly respect the beliefs of their compatriots.
Another effect of this is that members are much more willing to root out any form of corruption, be it the natural or the preternatural kind. This is especially true for the preternatural forms of corruption, as they will not allow it to remain in their presence nor anywhere it is found.
