Resting Ragoon
The Resting Ragoon is the premier inn in the Free City of Vedy. It lies on the eastern edge of the inner ring of the city. Here, you can get a room for a week for 5 gold, or a room for a night for 1 gold. Each room has a large, walk-in closet, 2 dressers, a desk, and two beds.
Ragoon's Best
The Rangoon's Best is a bakery attached to the Resting Ragoon, which offers a small variety of breakfast foods, all of which sell incredibly well. There is a breakfast burrity for 7 cp, a chocolate cinnamon croissant for 1 sp, and apple cider and coffee for 4 cp each. Upon eating a chocolate croissant, someone must make a DC 12 Widsom Saving throw, craving the croissants on a failure, but being immune to any future instance of the effect on a success. The Ragoon's Best offers a complementary breakfast for all patrons once a week, consisting of a croissant and a cup of cider or coffee.Purpose / Function
The Resting Ragoon was created to be the best inn in the city. There are a few other places to rest your head in the city, but Jussie Ragoon, the owner, built the inn himself, with a little help from the arcane energy in the network of the city.
Alterations
Jussie Ragoon took a few liberations with the design, claiming a few different things on the blueprints he filed with City Hall than he actually put into the disign. Specifically, he added special hiding spots to each of the rooms (to cater to the more discrete clientele. He also found a way to siphon some of the power from the city's Arcane Grid to allow him to offer rooms slightly larger than they technically are.
Tourism
The Resting Ragoon is, as intended, the greated inn in Vedy. Potentially the greatest inn in the world, though that has been hotly debated. As such, people come from far and wide to say they stayed at the famous inn, and ate their world famous croissants.
