Lucian Ulatris

Son of Adran Ulatris and Naivara Ulatris. Brother of Lynn Ulatris.

Early Life

Lucian as always been known as "Lucian the Lemented" by the commoners of Ice Haven due to his constant embarassment of House Ulatris. His sister, Lynn, was always running behind him to clean up his messes. Eventually, after he came of age, he discovered that his younger sister was going to be named the next in line to be the Regnent of Ice Haven.

Education

He was educated in the ways of war along side his sister, Lynn, in Everdawn City, the familial home of their ancestors and the heart of the Ulatris military. He lagged behind her in martial skills, but what he lacked in brawn he made up for in cunning. He eventually studied under some of the librarians in the Mythrose Council, and became quite knowledgeable on political, elven history and society. He however was still known for a sense of discernment which was notoriously unlucky.

Lament of Ulatris

He felt the need to prove himself to his father and family. He ventured into the Fey Realm and was tricked by a Hag into cutting down a tree attached at its heart to a powerful Dryad. When Lucian cut down this tree, the old noble dryad and the tree died.
He was then brought before the Seelie Court, where Queen Titania sentenced him to a Flowertea Arrangement of Mountainwaters, one of the worst punishments Titania could enact on a noble elf descended from the Elf Kin.
Soon after this sentencing, Lynn came and found Lucian, and swore an oath to Titania to be her Summer Swords, a being with special powers granted by the Summer Queen to enact her will. Lynn's contract was bound in blood, and until Titania's final wish of Lynn came about, Lynn would not be free of the contract. Lynn however perished in a fight against the undead, and was revived as something else. House Ulatris does not know what has become of Lucian since this, and no word has been sent from the Summer Court about their prisoner.
