The End All Goldfingers, founded by Snikker "The Goldfinger" Kitch, is otherwise known as the Thieves Guild to the populace, and is a secretive underground guild that acts as a quarters for rogues and other black marketeers. The guild is publicly illegal though it's continued existence through all major cities implies cooperation with most nations in some form and the guild itself has taken undercover jobs for kingdoms and other guilds alike under the table. Unlike other guilds, each city's hideaway is usually independent on the rest, barring minor communication and shared practices between each sect. The guild vets newcomers by first having them find the hideout in the city and then hazes the newbie into their group. Afterwards teaching them the specific codes and gestures the guild uses to show acceptance into the guild. The guild also lacks any form of ranking barring the Master Thief and Grandmaster Thief, who are usually the two most renown thieves of any particular sect. While the entire organization pays homage to a current "Goldfinger Thief" who acts as the entire guild's leader. Though nigh no one ever sees the Goldfinger Thief in person.
