The Imperial Palace
Once the seat of power of the Emperor until the line of Hantei fell. It was preserved as a monument to honour their sacrifice.
When the new council was formed, they decreed that they would rule from the very same palace.
Every 10 years since the Day of Sacrifice, the great Clans have held a meeting in this palace and even though the council now rules from here, this tradition will continue with five extra guests.
