High Arcanist Otto
In 1500 GS, King Galvyn XII appointed a new mononymic mage as both High Arcanist and Chancellor: Otto. Otto led the reorganization of the Red Realm, and by many accounts consolidated power in himself led the kingdom to war. While it is unproven, most scholars agree that Otto was a facet of Asmodeus in Arvor. Otto was defeated by The Unkillable Bastards in 1500 GS.
