Burgermeister Hanwin Goddard

The Burgermeister of Sunder, he was chosen mostly due to a recommendation by C.O.S.M. He tends to take a hard line on crime much like the King and is willing although maybe not happily to work with Minerva the C.O.S.M. representative.
