Political Hub in Sunder and home to the Burgermeister, Hanwin Goddard, and Sorceress Minerva Evermead.
Architecture
Built of gray oak which gives it a bit of a spooky look and isn't characteristic of the light stained white oak the rest of the town is built of.
Tourism
The Burgermeister and Sorceress have made Sunder a profitable place. Mostly due to their "Celebrity" blacksmith Yorick Underrson.
