Nohil

Nohil is the capital city of Austur's Diamant Hills province. Nohil is unusual amongst other provincial capitals, in that it is not the largest city in the province. It was the first major settlement in the area, set at the peak of the Diamant Hills (for which the province is named), and has been an administrative hub ever since, yet it is far less culturally and economically important, and with drastically smaller population than it's oft referenced "companion city", Sohil.
