Personal history
Wako has always been plagued by visions of doom. As a young man in his mountain village, he would always fortell coming disaster, which caused many to shun him. Eventually, he would be cast out. Working as a travelling soothsayer, he drifted from town to town, but would be driven out by angry locals often. One day he would be found by the previous High Administrator of Divination at the Wizarding University, and scouted for his gifts in divination. He was afforded a full tuition by the generosity of his new mentor.
