The Dreams End
Edes is a very interactive god for all of his mystique. Many beings, followers of his or not, often recount encounters with him. However, all of these encounters leave the recipients more confused about him than before because Edes leaves the interactions having asked and done nothing. Though many claim that for days after they are unable to feel any emotions, and nearly fall into a paranoid depression. Due to the results of his visits the beings of Astesh have decided that Edes visits people to steal their emotions, feeding off them like some kind of vampire.

Edes tells his followers, “Your mind is your own, let none take it from you, nor shall you take a mind from another. Dreams are the gateways to things, respect them and their portents. Fear not the darkness, for I await you there with open arms.”
