Session 3 Report

General Summary

Our brave party ventured forth and while we lost one member of the Bannermanes to personal issues, we gained another on! Two, actually. The mysterious Moonplanter batpony who worships Luna and plants seeds in her name and has a way with a cooking pot joined our endeavors. The other member has a magical trumpet and simply goes by "Doot." I gathered some grapes, pies, and bottle of wine before leaving. As we traveled past Millstone, all wasn't quiet because of a certain trumpeter... The traps failed and three lions attacked us! Doot proved his worth with his horn as he caused one flee in terror and the rest were taken down by the party in stunning fashion. At this point, we were just glad not to die. We cracked open the wine to celebrate. We made it to Trappersville safe and sound and slept. Next morning, we all ordered breakfast and Moon Planter got poorly-made waffles and the cook got offended. Needless to say, we did NOT stick around. Then we went to go sell our lion pelts for sixty gold. The tanner at first balked and said he would need a magic trick too at that price and Doot impressed him with invisibility and trickery. We then left the town, found a changeling cleric who took umbrage to Cher Nobelle and copied her and at night, we received a secret letter from a goblin for the "Ringed One" or Dayspring. The party has decided to put off the aetherstone to go follow-up on this letter and the party and fireworks. After all, it's our duty as Bannermanes to investigate anything strange with these goblins... we can only hope it's not a trap.
