Born of immigrant parents from Braxim, Blaunche has gone on to achieve a vast wealth and power within the city of Carcino, once thought impossible.
Running many guilds, she was able to form a massive trading empire and shipping industry that quickly outrivaled the navy, who now provides protection at pay to The Murex Guild that was formed from this trade empire.
Blaunche wouldn't sit on her wealth like most Carcino nobles though. No, she would instead use it to buy Nobility, and a seat on the Council of Merchants. Already stirring the pot of noble born only merchants on the council, she would go one step further. She would sponsor two other guild masters into Nobility, ang buy them seats on the Council of Merchants as well. These two groups would go on to be The Vradyni run by Sidonie Van Kerchkhoven, and The Running Six Couriers run by Telys Anchia; both also immigrants to Carcino.
These decisions have not hindered the public view of Blaunche, however, instead, it has spiked dramatically, and Blaunche finds herself one of the most influential merchants on the council.
